Clothing concept for employees of the Swiss National Exhibition.

Idil Vice was given the task to come up with the clothing concept for the Expo'02. This exhibition is the most important representation of Swiss art and it only comes to life every 40 years or so. For the year 2002 the plan was to have 4 different "arteplages", in this case 4 different locations, around the beautiful country side of the city Neuchatel in the French part of Switzerland. Each arteplage had a different theme and the clothing could be representative of that, but the goal was to have a united look for all employees. Idil Vices concept was to have a common color theme, the colors of the Swiss National flag, and make use of the the Swiss cross as the graphic theme, but to adapt the cuts and styles of clothing to the theme of each arteplage.
